Integration simplifies dealers’ processing of leads from BMW-MINI consumer web sites

CHARLOTTE, NC, February 27, 2008 – e-autobusiness LLC, a provider of customer acquisition and retention solutions for automobile retailers, said today its AEROS Software Suite Internet Management and CRM system is now certified by BMW of North America as a BMW iSTAR Certified Lead Management System.

Now BMW and MINI dealers using AEROS will receive leads from the OEM’s consumer web sites directly into the AEROS system. This eliminates duplication of lead handling activities at the dealership.

Leads from BMW are first scrubbed and in some cases augmented with customer information BMW has in its database and then delivered to the dealership. This iSTAR integration creates a built-in loop that provides BMW with feedback on lead activity, such as whether the lead has been opened, a test drive scheduled and various vehicle sale status statistics.

“With this iSTAR certification we no longer first receive leads from BMW and then transfer them into our AEROS system; they now go directly into AEROS for one-step handling, freeing up considerable time for our Internet sales departments -- and time is money,” said Alan Graham, general manager for Erhard BMW, with stores in Bloomfield Hills and Farmington Hills, MI.

The BMW iSTAR certification also enables more effective dealership branding. Now through AEROS, BMW and MINI dealers have access to BMW- and MINI-branded communications templates. These templates make it convenient and cost effective to create branded correspondence using in-house client and prospect lists.

In addition to its use at Erhard BMW, the e-autobusiness AEROS Software Suite is used by the 55-store Hendrick Automotive Group, including its BMW and MINI stores, the 30-store Leith Automotive Group, as well as 120 other dealerships. Its applications are also certified by Acura, Honda, Infiniti, Nissan, and General Motors.
